But before you dive into your adventure, it's important to prepare—especially when it comes to your health and safety.

Recommended Travel Vaccines

  • Hepatitis A: Spread through contaminated food or water; strongly recommended for all travellers.
  • Typhoid: Particularly important if you'll be eating from street vendors or visiting smaller towns and rural areas.
  • Tetanus
  • Rabies: Consider if you'll be exploring caves, working with animals, or spending extended time in rural areas.
  • Traveller's Diarrhoea Prevention: While not a vaccine, bring medication like loperamide and an oral rehydration solution just in case.
