Questions about vaccines.
Common questions about how vaccines work, doses, and what to expect. Don't see yours? Phone or message us.
It depends on the vaccine. Yellow Fever and Hepatitis A give lifelong protection after the full course. Hep B course gives lifelong cover too. Typhoid is 3 years, MenACWY is 3–5 years, TBE is 3–5 years, JE is 1–2 years, Tetanus/Polio/Diphtheria is 10 years. We always confirm your current cover during consultation.
Yes — most travel vaccines can be given safely in the same visit. We routinely give 3–5 vaccines in one appointment. We'll plan the order so you can leave with minimal discomfort and a clear schedule for any follow-up doses.
Mild and short-lived: sore arm, low-grade fever, headache, or fatigue for 24–48 hours. Serious reactions are very rare. We observe you briefly after vaccines that require monitoring (Yellow Fever, MenACWY for Hajj) and we'll give clear after-care guidance for every appointment.
Most travel vaccines have a minimum age between 1 and 6 years. Yellow Fever is from 9 months. Where age-specific formulations exist (like Hep A and Hep B paediatric doses), we use them — at the standard adult per-dose price. Family appointments are welcome.
Yes. Yellow Fever automatically generates an ICVP certificate (mandatory for many countries). MenACWY for Hajj / Umrah is also certified. For every other vaccine we provide an itemised printed record you can use for travel insurance, employer-required medicals, or onward planning.
