Tunisia is North Africa at its most accessible: the medinas of Tunis and Sousse, the blue and white village of Sidi Bou Said, the Roman ruins of Carthage and Dougga, and the dunes of the Sahara around Douz and Tozeur. It is a lower risk destination from a vaccines point of view, but a few precautions are worth taking.
NaTHNaC recommends Hepatitis A and Typhoid for most travellers, and Hep B for longer stays or anyone likely to need medical care. Yellow Fever is not required unless you are arriving from a YF risk country. There is no malaria risk in Tunisia. Rabies is something to discuss if you are heading into the desert or working with animals.
Aqua Travel Clinic in West Hampstead is operated by Aqua Pharmacy (GPhC registered premises 1123406, owned by Naspram Pharma Limited) under Superintendent Pharmacist Sanjay Mukundkumar Patel (GPhC 2045157). Same week appointments are usually available.
