Vanuatu is a Melanesian archipelago of more than 80 islands, with most UK travellers landing at Port Vila on Efate and continuing on to Tanna for the active Mount Yasur volcano and to Espiritu Santo for the wartime wrecks and Champagne Beach. Hepatitis A, Typhoid and Hepatitis B are the standard NaTHNaC recommendations, with Rabies added for longer stays, rural travel or anyone working with animals.
Malaria is present in some islands and dengue is widespread, so the pharmacist will go through bite avoidance with you and confirm whether antimalarials are appropriate for your itinerary. There is no Yellow Fever risk unless you are arriving from a YF country.
Aqua Travel Clinic in West Hampstead is operated by Aqua Pharmacy, a GPhC-registered pharmacy (premises 1123406, owned by Naspram Pharma Limited), under Superintendent Pharmacist Sanjay Mukundkumar Patel (GPhC 2045157). Most travellers are sorted in a single short appointment.

Travel vaccines for Vanuatu at a glance
Vanuatu is not a Yellow Fever risk country (proof of YF vaccination is only required if you are arriving from a YF risk country). NaTHNaC recommends Hepatitis A, Typhoid and Hepatitis B for all travellers, with Rabies added for longer stays, rural travel or anyone working with animals. Malaria is present on some islands and dengue is widespread.
Recommended vaccines
Hep A, Typhoid and Hep B are the core pack. Hep A and Typhoid can be combined as Viatim. Rabies (two doses on days 0 and 7) is sensible for adventure itineraries, longer stays or trips far from medical care.
