Paraguay is an off the beaten path South American destination: the colonial capital Asuncion, the Jesuit ruins around Encarnacion, and the vast Chaco wilderness in the north. It is also a Yellow Fever risk country in tropical regions, with NaTHNaC recommending vaccination for most travellers heading outside the major cities.
Beyond Yellow Fever, Hepatitis A and Typhoid are standard recommendations, with Rabies advised for Chaco, rural and longer trips. Dengue is also present and bite avoidance is important across the country.
Aqua Travel Clinic in West Hampstead is a NaTHNaC designated Yellow Fever Vaccination Centre. The clinic is operated by Aqua Pharmacy (GPhC registered premises 1123406, owned by Naspram Pharma Limited) under Superintendent Pharmacist Sanjay Mukundkumar Patel (GPhC 2045157). We can usually fit you in same week and sign your Yellow Fever ICVP in a single appointment.
