Do I need malaria tablets for Sierra Leone?

Yes. Malaria is high risk year round across the whole country including urban Freetown. The pharmacist will prescribe atovaquone proguanil, doxycycline or mefloquine based on your itinerary.

Should I get Cholera vaccine?

Recommended for aid workers, healthcare workers, rural travellers and anyone staying more than 4 weeks. Dukoral is two oral doses, given at least a week apart.
